All Saints Court is a self-contained development of nine one-bedroom and one two-bedroom flats set around a landscaped courtyard garden with gated off street parking. Located off Verne Road, on the site of the former All Saints church, the project was completed in 1993.

A direct result of the original 'shilling brick' fundraising campaigns, the first properties completed by the Trust in 1930 were the twenty-four three-bedroom semi-detached houses built off Hawkeys Lane. Of these, ten were sold under the ‘right to buy’ scheme in the early 1980s, leaving fourteen remaining in the hands of the Trust. These well proportioned family homes remain extremely popular with their tenants.
Howdon Road

The Trust’s largest scheme features eight recently modernised one-bedroom and 40 two-bedroom flats in a two storey terraced development along Howdon Road. Located near to Royal Quays retail outlets and The Parks recreation centre with excellent bus links to North Shields and beyond. Original black & white film footage exists showing these dwellings under construction and the dedication of the Howdon Road nurseries.
Henderson Court

Located between the two terraces along Howdon Road on the site of a timber frame built nursery, this attractive development of four one-bedroom bungalows and eight one-bedroom flats arranged around a central garden was completed in 1987. It was named after the Trust’s long-serving secretary, Denton Henderson and was opened by his widow Sheila, who also served on the committee for many years.
Percy Road

This large, recently refurbished end of terrace house with commanding views over Whitley Bay sea front, comprises five self-contained one-bedroom flats. It is currently managed and maintained for the Trust by Changing Lives and offers opportunities for a fresh start to predominantly ex-military personnel.

Stephenson Street and Edward Graveling House
Stephenson Street, NE29 1ES and Edward Graveling House, Beacon Street, NE29 1JX
These two new-build developments, each containing eight one-bedroom flats provide safe homes for adult tenants with special support requirements and a two-bed flat for an on-site warden.
The Stephenson Street property was opened in 1999, while the almost identical Edward Graveling House was named after the Trust’s former Chairman who passed away shortly before its completion in 2002.
Cloverfield
Cloverfield, NE27 0BU
This three-bedroom house on a new estate in West Allotment was carefully adapted during construction for tenants with disabilities who require special facilities and supported living. Developed in close cooperation with Henshaws, Stonham and North Tyneside Council, The Trust and its managing agents Bernicia now work with support providers chosen by the tenants themselves to offer the maximum potential for independent living.
